Czech lessons for any language level

  • A0 - FIRST TIMERS

    You have a few words and some impressions about the Czech language. We start your learning with the simple and easy to remember items; including critical phrases, pronunciation and the simple grammar rules.

  • A1 - BEGINNERS

    You can understand and use very common everyday expressions and basic phrases. At this stage, we introduce you to the fundamentals are use your interests and goals to make learning these simple, interactive and consistent for you to remember and use.

  • A2 - ELEMENTARY

    You can handle simple, routine tasks and describe basic aspects of their life. Usually we use lessons to practice and instil the more complex language rules and grammar and train you into the B1 category.

  • B1 - INTERMEDIATE

    You can manage most situations when travelling and talk about familiar topics. We use your sessions to train and test the new concepts and more complex rules you may encounter, along with more colloquial Czech mannerisms.

  • B2 - UPPER INTERMEDIATE

    You can interact with fluency on a range of subjects and understand more complex texts. We work with you in lessons to improve the grammar and different language skills that can be blocking you from getting to the C1 level.

  • C1 - ADVANCED

    Can express ideas fluently and spontaneously and use language flexibly in social, academic and professional contexts. We provide upkeep and improvisation lessons to get you into the C2 level of Czech.

  • C2 - PROFICIENT

    You can understand virtually everything heard or read and express themselves very precisely, including subtle shades of meaning. Even at this stage, we can help to lift you further into the language and make it first nature for you.

How often should I take lessons?

Most individuals progress well with two 50-minute sessions per week. If you have an imminent relocation deadline, we can discuss a more intensive schedule.

When should I start learning?

As early as possible. Even four to six weeks of lessons before you relocate will give you a significant advantage with housing, registration and everyday interactions.

What if my relocation plans change?

Lessons are booked individually, so there is no long-term commitment. You can pause, reschedule your programme at any point with at least 48 hours' notice.

What do I need for lessons?

A reliable internet connection, Zoom, and a notebook. We provide all materials through Google Classroom.
