2. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter just as 'T&Cs') apply to the entire contents of czech-atelier (hereinafter just as 'the website'), all contracts entered into by purchasing services, products and to any correspondence between Czech Atelier and the user (hereinafter just as 'you' or 'your').
3. Please read these terms carefully before using this website. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you purchase any services, products or other materials from me. If you do not agree to these TCs then please do not use this website.
III. Services
1. The complete lists of services, products and materials are listed on the website in their respective pages. These lists contain prices for each service. The prices are listed in US Dollars.
1.1 Sessions
1.1.1 Sessions service are online 1-1 classes with various durations which take place exclusively via online video call platform Zoom, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
1.1.2. You receive a link to your lesson upto 5 minutes before the agreed session time and date.
1.3. We expect all sessions to have active video and audio constantly available. All clients need to have video on during session. We reserve the right to cancel a session during the session time if the client does not have an active video on.
1.4. Clients must use a single device during sessions. Clients cannot enter or join any sessions with more than 1 device. Should a client need to switch devices, they must remove the first once they have rejoined with another. Should a client stay on a session with two devices active, we will cancel the session and treat as a no show.
IV. Bookings
1. Bookings are completed for sessions with calendars slots on each service page on the website. Sessions are purchased on separate pages and are considered purchased after a one time payment is made. Following booking procedure does not apply to Courses.
3. After choosing a session from the list that session will contain a date and time. This will be your scheduled session start date.
4. Before confirming the order and moving to the payment page, you will have a chance to check and adjust your order details.
5. You will be asked to provide your payment card details to complete the payment. This information may be pre-populated should you be signed in to your personal account and have your payment card saved. The payment gate is provided and secured by Stripe, Inc. 6. A session booking is confirmed only once the payment is received. This is also the point of the contractual agreement being effective.
7. Czech Atelier reserves the right to cancel any booked sessions to my discretion. If done so, Czech Atelier will communicate with you through the email you completed the purchase with to arrange a replacement session OR provide a full refund into the account that you have paid for the booking.
V. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policy
1. Cancellation and rescheduling of a session is available only to those who have booked their session.
2. Rescheduling is free of charge and can be done at any point up to 24 hours before the session scheduled start by emailing language@czech-atelier.com.
3. If you cancel a lesson less than 24 hours before, you do not receive any refund or monies in return and you cannot reschedule this lesson.
3.1 If you cancel a lesson more than 24 before your session, we will only reschedule your session to another date and time and we will not refund any monies paid.
4. If you do not notify Czech Atelier of a reschedule or cancellation, and you are not present for a session, we will consider this a no-show . No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
4.1. If during your session you suffer from any technical problems with your devices during a session, we will only continue with the scheduled session time allotted and will be in the session in it’s entirety if you have technical difficulties. We will not extend or reschedule any sessions that suffer from technical challenges on the client side.
VI. Final provisions
1. Czech Atelier operates this website from my registered office in the Czech Republic and any claims relating to, including the use of, this website, its services, products and any materials contained herein are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. These T&Cs are issued in compliance with the Act no. 89/2012 Sb. of the Civil Code effective from 01.01.2012.
This website and all of its content, including but not limited to, all text, images, audio, video and other media are owned by me. Its copying, reproduction, distribution or any other transmission is only allowed with my prior written permission.
3. Czech Atelier reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at my discretion. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If Czech Atelier makes material changes to this policy, Czech Atelier will notify you by email that it has been updated, so that you are aware of it and can get yourself familiar with the changes.
